Do I need to buy my own primary internet?

You can utilize your existing internet or we can setup the entire account for you by providing you Primary Internet along with SmartCONNECT in one bill.

What do we have to do when primary internet goes down?

Nothing, SmartCONNECT is fully automated, you do not need to take any action.

Most of the time, you or your staff will not know if primary internet is down.

Do you offer PCI Compliance?

Because Milagro’s SmartCONNECT device is a full firewall, we can also provide you with all PCI segregation, PCI Scans, SAQs as well as yearly AoC to meet the PCI Compliance requirements

Will all my services work with SmartCONNECT?

We reserve the bandwidth for Business Essential Services only. Those include Restaurant POS systems, Phone Service, Online Ordering, Credit Card Processing and other similar essential services.

We do cut off Guest Wi-Fi as well as Video Surveillance Systems in order to dedicate bandwidth to all Business Essential Services.
