Does Online Ordering integrate to my POS?

Yes, online ordering is integrated into SmartPOS. When a customer places the order, it will print in the kitchen.

If you have another POS system that you are interested in integrating, please contact our sales team.

Please note that we will NOT integrate into Aloha or NCR and have no plans to do so.

What happens if the restaurant loses internet?

The online ordering system is intelligent enough to detect when communication is not possible to the POS and the online ordering system will shut down.

Once communication is restored, the system will automatically go live again.

Do you support 3rd party delivery service?

Yes, we offer 3rd party delivery integrations. All orders from 3rd party delivery services such as UberEats, DoorDash, GrubHub will flow directly into SmartPOS. The orders will print to the kitchen and your staff can update the order status directly from SmartPOS.

How does the payment system work?

Your online ordering system uses the same processor as your POS system so there is no need to add additional complexity or opening secondary merchant accounts

Do you support curb side pickup?

Yes, online ordering system can offer pickup, delivery, and curbside.

Please note that the delivery option requires you to deliver your own orders or you can partner with us through DoorDash

Do you support Table Service and Quick Service?

Yes, we support both Table Service & Quick Service. Furthermore, you can individually configure each tablet to be in either mode giving you the freedom to operate on QS or TS at the same time.

Do you offer Self Delivery?

Yes, we can route all delivery orders through our network of drivers utilizing DoorDash Drive and Uber Direct. Customer can place an online order for delivery and we would automatically route to our Delivery Partners seamlessly.
